What is mscorsvw.exe and why is it using CPU100% ?

mscorsvw.exe is .net Framework optimize process.
It usually appear after .net FrameWork installation or .net FrameWork patch apply.

There are two way to solve this problem.

1.wait until process has finished.

if your cpu has high perfomance, just wait 30 minutes!

2.stop .NET Runtime Optimization Service

this service run mscorsvw.exe.
stop this service.

If you have time,run this service by manually and wait 30 minutes!
