Sleeping disorders?

Recently I wake up in the middle of the night.
I think the main reason is humidity and hotness of my room.
I set 2 hours sleep timer for air-conditioner every day,
After turning it off, The room temperature gradually rise, then again I wake up.

Another reason is the blanket here is thick.
In Summer, I usually use much thinner blanket,
The blanket of my room is for winter.

I want to take sleep continuously for just 6 hours!

Almost everyday, I take short nap in the morning and lunch break.
